  • 20 MIN SCULPT FLOOR CLASS W/ BALL

    This is a full body sculpt class that requires no standing. It is the perfect 'lazy girl workout' so you will be down on your mat the entire class but don't be fooled... I will still have you burning all over. Enjoy and let me know you go below in the comments 🤍

  • 45 MIN FULL BODY SCULPT & BALANCE W/ BALL

    This is a full body sculpt that will help lengthen and strengthen every muscle in your body with a strong focus on core work to challenge your overall balance and stability. You will need your pilates ball (can substitute with a small pillow). Enjoy the burn 🤍

  • 28 MIN SCULPT & SWEAT W/ WEIGHTS

    A blend of sculpt & sweat to bring you that burny, sweaty goodness! We work through super sets with each combination having two parts (30 sec sculpt & 30sec sweat) and we repeat for x3 rounds before we move to the next. All you need is your mat and a light pair of weights and lets do this 💦
