    Welcome to day 1 of the FITMAS CHALLENGE! We are kick starting the challenge with a lower body sculpt using a resistance band to help shape our booty and thighs. Enjoy the burn 🔥

  • DAY 2 SCULPT - UPPER BODY

    I knew you would be back for more... Welcome to day 2! This is an upper body sculpt using a light pair of weights to help shape our arms, chest, shoulders and back. We work through x4 blocks. Each block has x2 exercises that we do x3 rounds of 30 sec of work. Enjoy the burn 🔥
