Welcome to day 13... this is your LAST workout of the fitmas challenge! So to finish off on a high, I have a full body sweat class planned for you, using a light pair of weights. We are working through X1 circuit with X6 exercises, 60 sec of work and a 30 sec burst of cardio (optional). This is your last sweat so lets put our all into this class! Enjoy 💦🔥

Welcome to your last day of the fitmas challenge! To wrap up the challenge I wanted to finish with a beautiful flow to lengthen and stretch out our bodies. Take this time to slow down, breath deeply, relax your your mind and body, and reflect on the past two weeks. You should be SO proud!!
