Welcome to your weekly BPP schedule 🀍 We have curated a schedule for you to follow from Monday - Sunday with a variety of our signature SCULPT. SWEAT. STRETCH classes to give you the best of everything. Our goal is to finish the week feeling stronger, more energised and stretched from head to toe. This schedule is for all levels but of course feel free to sub out any classes to suit your mind & bodies needs. Much love & we will see you on the mat x
