Welcome to your weekly BPP schedule 🤍 We have curated a schedule for you to follow from Monday - Sunday with a variety of our signature SCULPT. SWEAT. STRETCH classes to give you the best of everything. Our goal is to finish the week feeling stronger, more energised and stretched from head to toe. This schedule is for all levels but of course feel free to sub out any classes to suit your mind & bodies needs. Much love & we will see you on the mat x

  • 35 MIN POWER PILATES W/ WEIGHTS & BAND

    Get ready to strengthen your mind and body with this full body POWER pilates class 🤍 Every muscle in your body will be challenged so be prepared to feel the burn! Grab your weights and resistance band and lets do this 🔥

  • 30 MIN UPPER BODY & CORE SCULPT W/ WEIGHT

    This class is focused on sculpting and strengthening your upper body and core. We use weights to help bring that extra burn and create long lean muscle tone throughout your arms and abs. Enjoy 🤍

  • 35 MIN FULL BODY SLOW BURN

    Welcome to a full body slow burn & sculpt! This class is designed to strengthen and sculpt while focusing on slow, intentional movements that fire up deep stabilising muscles and build long, lean strength. Grab your booty band and I'll see you on the mat 🤍

  • 30 MIN GLUTES AND THIGH SCULPT

    Get ready for that lower body burn! This class is focused on strengthening and sculpting your glutes and thighs. I suggest adding a light pair of ankle weights for that extra spice but totally optional. Enjoy 🔥

  • 35 MIN SCULPT & SWEAT W/ WEIGHTS

    Ready to sweat? This blend of sculpt & sweat is sure to have you feeling the burn and will leave you feeling so strong energised. We work through a circuit with each exercise having a sculpt component and a sweat component so if you do want to keep it all low impact you can! Grab a pair of weighs...

  • 30 MIN FULL BODY FLOOR SCULPT

    Welcome to your 'lazy girl' pilates class! This is a floor based full body sculpt class that is FAR from lazy and will have you burning in alllll of the right places. Add a pair of ankle weights for an extra challenge and enjoy the burn! See you on the mat, enjoy x

  • 20 MIN FULL BODY SLOW STRETCH

    This is the perfect full body stretch to slow down and release muscle tension. Whether its after a long day or you want to start the day with some gentle movement... then this class is for you! Enjoy 🙏🏼
