STRETCH classes to give you the best of everything. Our goal is to finish the week feeling stronger, more energised and stretched from head to toe. Welcome to today's POWER sculpt! This class is designed to build strength, control and endurance. Expect to feel the burn & shakes all over! You'll need a light pair of dumbbells 1-2kg and a pilates ball. See you on the mat and let use know how you go below π€
