Are you new to Pilates or looking to refresh your practice? BPP 4-week beginner program is designed to introduce you to the foundational principles of Pilates, helping you build strength, flexibility, body awareness and enhance your overall well-being. The program is split into 4 weeks with each week having a new focus and intensity:
Week 1: Foundational Movement
Week 2: Building Strength and Control
Week 3: Increasing Intensity and Flow
Week 4: Mastering the Fundamentals
x3 20-30 min classes per week (12 in total)
