Introducing our longest & most transformative program yet! A curated blend of Body Pulse's most loved classes, designed to deliver results and keep your body moving with purpose. Across six weeks, you'll rotate through our most loved signature Power & Sculpt classes, targeted upper and lower body sessions and core focused workouts –– creating the perfect balance of variety, challenge & flow 🤍

THE DETAILS:
- 6 weeks of guided Pilates classes
- Designed to build full body strength, tone and endurance
- 20-45 minute classes
- Optional training split 3-7 days/week
- Suitable for all levels

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Dumbbells (1-2kg)
- Pilates ball
- Yoga block
- Booty band
