In this class we work through x3 combos that have x3 exercises in each and we work for 30 secs back to back (90 sec in total) before having a break and moving onto the next combo of x3 exercises. You will need to your Pilates Ball to add some extra spice to this workout but if you don't have any props you can still do prop-free. Enjoy the burn and sweat 🔥

35 MIN FULL BODY SWEAT W/ BAND
This full body sweat class consists of one circuit with 6 exercises and we do x3 rounds in total. Each exercise has a movement component and a hold at the end. First round will be 30/30, second round will be 40/20 and the final round will be 50/10. Grab your booty band and lets go 💦
