Welcome to your FINAL sweat of the challenge! This is your last bit of hard work ... things will get sweaty and it will burn but you're going to feel AMAZING once you complete this class. Todays sweat is broken up into two circuits with x3 exercises in each. We work 50/10 for the first round, 40/10 for the second and drop it down to 30/10 for the final round. Once you complete the x3 rounds you then move onto the next circuit. You will need a light pair of dumbbells (optional), your water bottle and a playlist that lifts your energy going! Lets do this team 💦
