  • 30 MIN FULL BODY SCULPT

    This is a signature full body BPP sculpt that will have every muscle in your body feeling the burn! You don't need any equipment but if would like to level up then I suggest adding a light pair of ankle weights. Enjoy 🤍

Extras

  • 20 MIN CORE & INNER THIGH SCULPT W/ BALL

    This sculpt class focuses on strengthening your inner thighs and core. We use our Pilates Ball to help support and find that deep burn throughout our body. You can substitute the ball for a small pillow. Enjoy 🤍

  • 30 MIN GLUTES AND THIGH SCULPT

    Get ready for that lower body burn! This class is focused on strengthening and sculpting your glutes and thighs. I suggest adding a light pair of ankle weights for that extra spice but totally optional. Enjoy 🔥

  • 25 MIN FULL BODY SWEAT W/ BAND

    A full body sweat that will leave you feeling so strong and energised. We work through one circuit with four exercises 50/10 and x3 rounds in total. You will need your mat and a resistance band. Enjoy the sweat 🤍

  • 25 MIN UPPER BODY SCULPT

    Workout in paradise with me! This is a an upper body and core focused class from beautiful Bali. We use our body weight to strengthen and lengthen our body which proves that your body weight is more than enough. Enjoy the burn 🤍

  • 30 MIN SIGNATURE BPP FULL BODY SCULPT

    This class is a signature BPP sculpt and a personal favourite. We sculpt and strengthen every part of the body which will leave you feeling amazing! If you are wanting to level up I recommend adding a light pair of ankle weights. Enjoy 🤍

  • 25 MIN FULL BODY RELAXING STRETCH

    This is a full body stretch to calm and relax your mind and body. We will be taking the class nice and slow by holding the stretches longer and taking the time to tune into our breath. Enjoy 🤍
