INGREDIENTS:
- Rocket
- Cooked pasta (pulse pasta)
- 1 Avocado
- 100g Cherry tomatoes
- 100g Pesto
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt + Pepper
METHOD:
1. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and cut avocado into 1cm cubes.
2. Add rocket, cooked pasta, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, pesto, salt & pepper into a large salad bowl.
3. Gently mix all ingredients together and enjoy xx

- 3 medium celery stalks
- X1 kiwi fruit
- X1 green apple
- X1 lime
- 1/2 cucumber
- Handful of mint
- 1bsp Fresh ginger

- 1x banana
- 1x C blueberries
- Handful of spinach
- Tbs protein vanilla yogurt
- 2tbs protein yogurt
