Welcome to your hump day workout where we combine our two favourite sculpt and sweat classes! We are going to work through x5 combinations (30 sec sculpt & 30 sec sweat) and complete x3 rounds. You will need your resistance band to add that extra spice (optional). Enjoy 🤍

DAY 11 FULL BODY SCULPT
This is your final sculpt of the week and trust me when I say ... ouch (in the best way possible). This class is designed to work your entire body with the help of my favourite prop (pilates ball). You are going to feel the burn and shakes but you can thank me later. Enjoy 🔥
