The class we have all been waiting for... what's better than just a sculpt or just a sweat class?... The two combined! This class is structured so that each sculpt exercise is followed with a sweat exercise so you will be performing 40 sec of sculpt and 20 sec of sweat (which is optional, you can do the sculpt movement for 60 sec to keep low impact). We have 5 combinations and we will be completing x4 rounds! Grab your mat, your water bottle and a light pair of dumbbells and lets do this 🔥
