Welcome to day 1 beautiful people! Get ready to start with a BANG and sweat it out with me! We are going to be working through x3 blocks with x3 exercises in each block. We will complete x3 rounds of each block ...first round being 50 sec on & 10 off, then 40 /10 and on the last round we drop it down to 30/10. You will need your mat, resistance band, water bottle and a sweat towel. Lets do this 🔥
