This sweat class is Tabata style which is 20 sec of work and 10 sec of rest. Quick bursts of movement to get the heart rate up and strengthen your entire body. We work through 3 blocks, 4 exercises in each and we repeat X3 rounds. All you need is your mat, water bottle and some good tunes. Enjoy the sweat!
