Ready to sweat? In this class we work through x3 combos that have x3 exercises in each and we work for 30 secs back to back (90 sec in total) before having a break and moving onto the next combo of x3 exercises. You will need to your Pilates Ball to add some extra spice to this workout but if you don't have any props you can still do prop-free. Enjoy the burn and sweat 🔥
