This core sculpting class is here to improve your overall balance, stability, coordination and posture. We work through 5 exercises, 45 sec of work X3 rounds. Whilst the focus is on our core we are still working strong through our upper and lower body, so a reminder to stay connected to your breath and alignment to ensure you get the most out of this class. Ankle weights are also optional to intensify that ab burn. Enjoy!
