This is a full body workout that combines strength and cardio to sculpt your entire body. We work through two circuits with three exercises in each and two rounds of 45 seconds of work. No equipment is needed and lots of options and modifications are given to suit all fitness levels. Add some ankle weights to intensify this class. Enjoy!
