This is full body low impact sweat class that has X1 circuit with X6 exercises and we do a total of X7 rounds working through ladder intervals. This is a great class if you have any injuries but craving that high intensity class with less impact on the body. I provide you with lots of modifactions throughout to suit any fitness level and encourage you to challenge your body so you finish feeling energised and inspired.
