    This is a quick core burn that will sculpt and tone your abs and waist. Remember to use your breath to help relax the body and help activate your abs so you get the most out of the workout and feel that deep burn. If you don't have a Pilates ball, you can substitute with a small pillow. Enjoy 🔥

    This is an oceanside stretch that will release any tightness you are holding within your muscles and leave you feel lengthened and energised. A chance for you to disconnect and move your body gently to calm your mind and body 🤍

  • 15 MIN BOOTY SCULPT CIRCUIT

    Ocean side booty sculpt 🔥 We work through x10 exercises, 30 sec of each, x3 rounds to make up a 15 min circuit. Ankle weights are optional but I do suggest adding them if you are craving that extra burn. Enjoy!
