In this full body sweat class you can expect to sweat, get a little shaky and feel the burn in all the right places. We use a light pair of weights and a resistance band (optional) to add that extra burn and sweat. We work through 4 supersets and two rounds of each of 45 seconds on. A quick warm up and cool down stretch is included. Get a good playlist pumping and enjoy!
