This is a full body workout using our resistance band to help bring that extra burn. We work through x5 exercises with each exercise having two parts. The first 30 sec is your lower impact sculpt movement and the last 30 sec is optional for that cardio burst. Remember to listen to your body and enjoy the sweat π₯
