This sweat class we use our pilates ball to intensify that burn. If you don't have this prop you can use a pillow or you can do this prop free.
We work through one circuit which has 6 exercises and we do X3 rounds. First round is 60 sec of work, second round is 40 sec and the third round is 20 sec!
