    This class is a full body sculpt using our pilates ball to challenge our core stability and intensify that burn. If you don't have a pilates ball you could substitute it for a small pillow or go with no props at all. Enjoy!

    12 minutes of peachy goodness! A quickie to fire up the lower body which is perfect when you're short on time or want to add on to another class for that extra burn. We use our Pilates ball to intensify this class which is totally optional. Enjoy!
