Across six weeks, you'll rotate through our most loved signature Power & Sculpt classes, targeted upper and lower body sessions and core focused workouts ββΒ creating the perfect balance of variety, challenge & flow π€

- Designed to build full body strength, tone and endurance
- 20-45 minute classes
- Optional training split 3-7 days/week
- Suitable for all levels
