In this sculpt class we focus on slowing down the movement to feel that deep burn. I encourage you to add some ankle weights on if you have them to intensify this full body sculpt. Remember to listen to your body, take the class at your own pace and stay connected to your breath. Enjoy 🤍

DAY 5 SUMMER GLOW SERIES - 20 MIN CORE SCULPT W/ WEIGHT
This quick core sculpt will not only strengthen and tone your core but also your upper body. We work through x10 exercises and complete x2 rounds in total. You will need your mat and a weight. Enjoy 🔥

This lower body sculpt is the perfect class when you are wanting something quick but oh so effective! The burn is real 🔥 Enjoy from beautiful Bali!

30 MIN SWEAT W/ WEIGHTS
This sweat class is going to give you a full body workout leaving you feeling strong and pumping with endorphins. We work through x2 circuits with x5 exercises in each and x2 rounds 40 Sec on and 10 sec off. You will need a light pair of weights and a mat. Enjoy 🔥

20 MIN STRONG BACK & POSTURE
This class is here to help strengthen and improve your back and posture. A great way to stretch and open up your upper back if you have been sitting all day. We will work through some exercises and stretches to help wake up and release any tension you are holding. Enjoy!

DAY 8 SUMMER GLOW SERIES - 28 MIN SLOW BURN AND SCULPT W/ BALL
This full body slow burn is a crowd favourite and is sure to make every muscle in your body shake. Remember to take things slow and not rush the movement, use your breath to help connect your mind and body and most importantly ENJOY 🤍

This class is here to bring you back to your mind and body after a busy/stressful week. It's a chance for you to slow down, take deep breaths and disconnect from the world. I will be guiding you through a full body stretch to relax the mind and release any tension you are holding within the body 🤍
