    INGREDIENTS:

    - Rocket
    - Cooked pasta (pulse pasta)
    - 1 Avocado
    - 100g Cherry tomatoes
    - 100g Pesto
    - 1/2 lemon
    - Salt + Pepper

    METHOD:

    INGREDIENTS:

    - 3 medium celery stalks
    - X1 kiwi fruit
    - X1 green apple
    - X1 lime
    - 1/2 cucumber
    - Handful of mint
    - 1bsp Fresh ginger
    - 2-3 C filtered water

    METHOD:

    - Handful of spinach
    - Tbs protein vanilla yogurt
    - 2tbs protein yogurt
