WELLNESS RESET - APPLE CRUMBLE

INGREDIENTS:
Base:
- X4 Green apples diced and peeled (1cm cubes)
- Squeeze of lemon
- 2 tbs cinnamon
- Dash of salt
Crumble:
- 2 C oats
- 1 C shredded coconut
- 1/4 Buckwheat kernels
- 2 tbs cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 C coconut oil
- 1/4 C honey
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Add diced apples onto the pan (medium heat) with a squeeze of lemon, dash of salt & cinnamon. Keep on stove until apples start to soften (5-8mins). *This step is optional but if you want to speed up the baking time this is great tip.
3. Add oats, coconut, buckwheat kernels, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil and honey into a large bowl. Mix all together so everything is coated with the wet ingredients.
4. Pour the apples into your oven tray and spread out evenly. Add your crumble mixture on top of apples and spread out so all apples are coated and press down firmly.
5. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes until your crumble is beautifully golden. Serve with yogurt or ice cream and enjoy xx
