- 1x banana
- 1x C blueberries
- Handful of spinach
- Tbs protein vanilla yogurt
- 2tbs protein yogurt
- 1tbs chia seeds
METHOD:
Blend all of your ingredients together. Pour into glass and top with chia seeds. Enjoy xx
