Welcome to day 1 of our BBB challenge 🤍 We are so excited to be kickstarting with one of our favourite style of pilates; Slow burn is here for us to really hone in technique, alignment and breath. By slowing things down, we focus on that mind to muscle connection which in return gives us that deep burn we all love!
