Hello to your first sweat of week 2! This class is split up into 3 circuits that focus on a different part of the body. We work through x3 rounds of 30/15 for each circuit and the move onto the next! All you will need is your mat and a light pair of dumbbells (optional) and make sure you have some water near by, some music to set the vibe and lets do this! Enjoy the sweat 🔥
