Welcome to week 2 of our BBB challenge 🤍 For day 8 we are back with a slow burn Pilates class! Slow burn is here for us to really hone in technique, alignment and breath. By slowing things down, we focus on that mind to muscle connection which in return gives us that deep burn we all love!
