The focus for week three is to increase the intensity of our workouts, introducing more dynamic movements and flowing sequences to challenge your strength, flexibility, and endurance. We will also be focusing on learning to transition smoothly between exercises, improving your overall flow and control whilst maintaining proper alignment and technique.
