DAY 4 FULL BODY SWEAT

Welcome back to another full body sweat class! This is a tabata style workout so we work for 20 sec and rest for 10. We are working through 5 exercises and we complete 4 rounds of each and then repeat for a full second round. I want to remind you that because these intervals are short bursts, we need to make sure that we put 110% into the 20 sec of work and make the most of our rest time. You don't need any equipment but if you want to challenge this even further you can add a light pair of ankle weights. Enjoy the sweat 💦
