Welcome to day 13... this is your LAST workout of the fitmas challenge! So to finish off on a high, I have a full body sweat class planned for you, using a light pair of weights. We are working through X1 circuit with X6 exercises, 60 sec of work and a 30 sec burst of cardio (optional). This is your last sweat so lets put our all into this class! Enjoy 💦🔥
