Welcome to day 11... we are getting so close to the finish line! Today is a sculpt and sweat circuit using our resistance band and a light pair of weights. We are working through X2 circuits with X5 exercises and X2 rounds of each. The timing is the same as last week, 50 sec on, 10 off and there are two parts to each exercise. The first 30 sec is your lower impact sculpt movement and the last 20 sec is optional for that cardio burst. Enjoy and remember to challenge yourself, we're in this together 🤍
