Welcome to your first class of the BPP beginner sculpt program! We have x3 classes in our first week to complete at your own pace (Ideally, Mon - Wed - Fri) In this first week, we'll focus on building a strong foundation through exercises that target your entire body with a strong emphasis on core. You will learn proper alignment and body positioning to prevent injury, breathing techniques to improve posture and basic mat pilates exercises to properly engage your core and improve mobility/flexibility.
