A quick standing series to sculpt and create beautiful tone in your arms. We work through 8 different exercises for 30 sec each and repeat X2. During this class I want to remind you to create as much resistance so you get the best results possible and feel that burn. This class is a no wrist pressure workout and I would recommend adding a light pair of weights or you can just use your body weight. Enjoy 🤍
