We use our yoga block to make things a little spicer... if you don't have this you could replace with your pilates ball or just use your body weight. (If using the ball for the standing and bridge series, keep toes grounded on the mat and your heel pressing into the ball) Let us know how you go. Enjoy the burn 🔥
