This sculpt and sweat class is a full body workout that will get your pulse racing and have every muscle in your body shaking. We work through x1 circuit with x5 exercises and repeat x3 rounds in total. Each exercises has two parts... the first 30 sec is your sculpt movement (lower impact) and the last 30 sec is your sweat movement (higher impact) so the option is yours if you want that burst of cardio.
