This program is designed to align with the four phases of the menstrual cycle—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal—taking into account the body’s fluctuating energy levels, hormonal changes, and physical needs throughout each phase. The goal is to improve performance, support hormonal balance, and reduce discomfort by adjusting exercises to suit the body's needs at each stage 🤍

    Welcome to one of my favourite class styles of ALL time 🤍 This slow burn & sculpt is the perfect class to really hone in on your technique and breath. By going slower we are really focusing on that mind to muscle connection so be prepared for the deep burn we all love. Enjoy xx
